Final pricing will be confirmed after your booking request. Please include your pet’s breed, behavior, and special needs so we can provide the most accurate estimate.
Rates depend on
- Length of stay
- Type of care needed, including boarding, puppy, senior, or special-needs support
- Your dog’s size, age, and behavior
- Holiday or peak-season demand
- Multi-dog stays
Boarding policies
- Deposit: 50% due at booking, with the balance due before service
- Cancellations: Boarding-only cancellations carry a $99 cancellation fee
- If you need to cancel, payments can often be applied toward another date or service
Flexible payments
We understand life and pets can be unpredictable. Payment options may include:
- Payment plans, including Afterpay with a 6% fee
- Zelle preferred
- PayPal & Venmo
- Credit cards with a 3.3% processing fee
Urgent and Special Care Boarding
For situations other places may not be built to handle.
Urgent or special care boarding is for time-sensitive or higher-consideration situations, including failed boarding transfers, hospital transitions, mobility limitations, or behaviorally intense cases that need more review than a routine stay.
Urgent transfers
Including last-minute transfers from another boarding situation that is not working out.
Hospital transitions
May include support around transport to or from an animal hospital. This is not veterinary transport and does not include life support services in transit.
Complex temperaments or physical needs
Some dogs and cats with unique handling needs or mobility limitations may be accommodated on a case-by-case basis.

No. Boarding is a request-first process. Details, fit, dates, payment, and agreement steps must be reviewed before a stay is confirmed.
